Job Description

Location based at Delhi to Uttarakhand/Rajasthan Develops, maintains and improves relations with existing and potential Government customers in the assigned district/area.

Responsibilities

• Handling Govt Tender Business in respective territories
• Develop clear and achievable strategies, objectives and tactical plans for the Govt. business based on Key account management, customer centricity, segmentation, customer needs and market conditions synchronized with the Business objectives
• Develops, maintains and improves relations with existing and potential customers in the assigned district/area
• Creates the yearly sales plan, with help of sales management, to set targets and to plan actions and MarCom deliverables
• Creates, together with the internal order desk, of optimal offers to the accounts
• Initializes customer tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions
• Monitors the quality of the realization of the actions, improves contact between the internal service and the customers to get a good result of the actions
• Presents and explains the local product portfolio and supports the national promotions
• Reports regularly on sales results and expectations, market and competition and trends to inform about the situation Working/ Critical Experience
• Extensive experience in equipment
• Maintaining AR overdue target
• Tracking Tanders.

Education/ Experience:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with > 5 years of related experience in sales management; or a Master’s degree with <4 years of related experience in sales management
• Candidates with prior minimum experience of 2-3 years of CT, MRI, Cathlab apply
