Domain experience requirements:
Experience in devising test strategy of medical application
Driving test automation in application verification and validation
Managing test automation engineers
Exposure to automation framework and tools
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering related discipline
Overall 15+ years of which 5+ years in team/program management in consumer products domain.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional & life cycle teams spread globally, playing a leadership role in leading the overall project/ program to success.
Strong people leader, with an ability to identify competence and build capabilities fit for future including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and Technical individuals at all levels including the executive level
Excellent interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to complex organizational structures, varying cultures, and potentially conflicting constraints is critical.
Strong program management skills, combined with sound knowledge to use tools/practices (effective department level program reviews; reports; online tools and practices like TFS, etc..)
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
