About Pincode:

Pincode is India’s first-of-its-kind local commerce app, revolutionising how local retailers connect with customers. It is built with the vision of empowering neighborhood stores, kiranas, and supermarkets. Pincode bridges the gap between traditional retail and modern e-commerce while preserving the charm of trusted, personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and work with brand partners that align with company goals. Curate and manage a well-balanced product assortment based on trends, customer preferences, and market demands.
• Identify the head SKUs across subcategories of the category that are critical for consumers.
• Define and implement catalog schemas, ensuring consistency in product categorization, naming conventions, and attributes. Optimize the Product Detail Page (PDP) structure to enhance user experience.
• Owning the end to end P&L for the category including assortment, pricing, Ads revenue and other income.
• Liaison with product and tech teams on what is required for the platform to provide the right consumer experience in the category.
• Lead seasonal and festive planning by analyzing industry trends, forecasting demand, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure timely product availability.
• Lead campaigns focused on positioning Pincode as a go to platform for the category. Liao with the merchandising team to create the right experience.
