The Administrative Associate will be required to carry out the following:
1. Assist in the overall office and project administration
2. Assist in managing the HR system, payroll system and employee assessment;
3. Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients/ vendors;
4. Undertake the tasks of initiating daily calls and update the online team management system;
5. Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and route engagement and correspondence;
6. Handle requests and queries appropriately;
7. Maintain a project management and documentation system including a diary with notes/minutes/action points;
8. Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders;
9. Make travel arrangements;
10. Create effective documentation system;
11. Take dictation and minutes accurately as also maintain records and data;
12. Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers;
13. Produce reports, presentation and briefs;
14. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation filing system;
15. Organize events, roundtables and workshops;
16. Provide general copy-edit/ editorial tasks for other communication materials;
17. Provide support to Designated Partner and leadership team on messaging and media related issues;
18. Provide team support;
19. Maintain mailing list and contact information for community members;
20. Support other functions of the office as appropriate for a small multipurpose team supporting start-up operations

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
