Core Responsibilities:
1Identification of Key Accounts
of Identify set of min 30 Large Interior Turnkey contractors in the geography for adoption through existing relationship with any of the divisions or cold calling
o Map all the upcoming, ongoing projects of the key accounts along with relevant details
• Relationship Management
o Take end to end ownership of identified key accounts -Turnkey contractors/ builders and corporates ensuring business development and delivery to Pidilite across all Pidilite divisions
o Become Single point contact for the Top Key Account thereby routing all requirements/ business development/ queries/ support on an ongoing basis
o Ensure co-ordination with the divisions, distributors and dealers so that servicing the accounts is done in a timely manner
• Business Development
o Identify possible opportunities in terms of new business opportunities- new products, categories, accounts for penetration
o Execute the business development plan finalized with KAM in close co-ordination with all divisions
o Solve all kind of queries- product/application/pricing/ delivery in co-ordination with all Sales and Marketing divisions
o Collaborate on a regular basis with the Specification Team to ensure Pidilite Brands are specified in BOQ and all upcoming projects are mapped
o Conduct “ One Pidilite Contractor meets” at specified frequency to ensure constant engagement with the contractors
o Provide timely feedback on the status/ improvement plan

• Sales Delivery
o Ensure routine working with the Key Account and associated vendors ( to whom key accounts outsource) to ensure regular business for Pidilite
o Collaborate with the Sales Team of the parent division for execution of orders through identified channel ( both direct or indirect )
o Delivery of targeted incremental business ( division wise) from the key account finalized with KAM and divisional teams

• Should have good presentation and communication skills to gain entry
• Very Strong Relationship Development and key account management skills
• Should have good / acceptable technical skills ( to provide solutions to specific problems)
• Should be very good in liasoning with various functions, divisions, dealers and contractors if required
Candidate Profile:
B.tech+MBA with 10 years to 18 years’ experience.
Technical knowledge of waterproofing,basic construction,flooring,adhesives
Candidate is from building material segment and have experience of key account management.
Technical skill if any – Basic knowledge of waterproofing/adhesives/project managmenet
Preferred industries (you can select multiple industries) – Construction/ Engineering/Cement/Metals
Preferred Companies – Century ply,greenlam,myk,fosroc,sika,jubliyant,asian paints,weber,sirca,kerakol,mapie,cera,tile companies etc.
