Exp : 2 to 10 years on roll exp of in sales and marketing

Age : Upto 33

Education : B.tech Civil preferred

Industry : Cement ,Paint , Waterproofing , Putty ,Building Material

Role of Mass Marketing BDEs is to ensure high scale of User Connect in the geography assigned to them to drive the New Construction and Repair agenda through Mass Products Range, as defined by the business.

Consumer Segment: Mass IHB NC, Mass IHB Repair Stakeholders to address the Consumer Segment: Kothi Contractor, Painting Contractor, Plumbing Contractor, Raj Mistry

Primary Responsibility: One-to-Many High Scale Connects to drive adoption of Mass Product Range.

7) Promoter Management:

 Utilise promoter to get details of users in HNZ of the geography/town.

 Daily reporting of Promoters and driving efficiency through them.

 Giving them on-job training through joint working to ensure that they can carry out their responsibilities properly.  Also ensuring compliance to the systems designed for them for tracking their working.
