Role: Digital Initiatives
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluation and implementation of upcoming technologies like OOTB eCommerce Market places (e.g. Hybris, Magento) , speech analytics, Martech tools, AR/VR platforms, middleware/ API management tools & SFAs (Sales Field Force Applications)
- Evangelize new digital technologies related to AR/VR, Metaverse, Blockchain, Al/ML use-cases etc.
- Managing DXP roadmap for website transformation and experience projects.
- Have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, experience in implementing eComm, Web behavior, Adobe analytics.
- Drive change management & adoption programs for new projects & processes enabled through digital.
