Job responsibilities –

Functional SPOC – Freight and W/h Cost – Work closely with the FMT team and W/h team and drive analytics with functional spocs – Ensure compliance with the revised Index for monthly OAAP. Timely pre work, observations and analytics to be circulated for Freight and W/h costs prior to the expense review DRM – Following up on the MoM and agreed action plan – Identifyling cost efficiency opportunities through above process

Identifying key exceptions, observations, highlights for all expense line items and preparation of summary to be shared with cost owners before the expense review meetings

Play an active role in annual budgeting exercise by preparing the base templates, exchange of information with various functions, working with functions to ensure 100% coverage as well as reconciliation with financials and preparing the consolidated budget file for review

Mumbai based role but includes regular visits to RDCs, depots, plants, etc to enhance on ground understanding, better connect and identification of opportunities of improvement

Technical skill – Analytical skills, Power BI is an added advantage
