Job Description

• Key Influencer Management
• Engaging with the set of Key Influencers in the assigned territory and driving the specifications of Key Products ~ Coatings and ACDK adhesive range.
• Conducting presentations for knowledge sharing and brand recall with influencers in the focussed segment as per targets.
• Direct responsibility of ensuring getting favourable specification in their projects.
• Ensure implementation of Consultant Connect Program as per the plan given by HO.
• Ensure implementation of all Market Development Modules.
• Responsible for infrastructure / logistics requirements for effective implementation.
• Coordination with HCM/ RM / Marketing Manager for Collaterals such Brochures, Props, HVAC Binders etc.
• Provide insights on the effectiveness of current field marketing modules.
• Providing reports on key activities conducted as per the template designed by HO.
• Ensure material availability at the site / contractor post specification in the tender.

Deliverables

• Focussed Segment – Healthcare, Hospitality, Pharma, F & B, Large Commercial Buildings such as IT Buildings, Green Buildings , Airports etc.
• Consultant Universe – 15-20 nos
• Consultant Visits – 2 visit per consultant per month
• Specification Target per month – xxxx Lakhs
• Sales Target per year – xxxxx Lakhs
• Product / Knowledge dissemination presentations – xxx per month
• Engage End Users
• Mapping Top HVAC and Insulation Contractors in the assigned territory.
• Engaging with Key Decision makers within the Contractor such Owners / Top directors, Project and Purchase Head.
• Preparing a monthly plan for the activity in discussion with HCM / RM.
• Driving CEP and aggressively drive engagement with Hot Insulation Contractors for the promotion of Adhesives and WPC respectively.
• Implement training programs for skill development of influencers like Insulation Contractors and Applicators etc as per HO plans.
• Direct responsibility of ensuring proper implementation & feedback of loyalty programs.
• Ensure implementation of various connect programme as per the plan given by HO.
• Responsible for infrastructure / logistics requirements for effective implementation.
• Provide insights on the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives.

Deliverables

• Focussed Segment – Healthcare, Hospitality, Pharma, F & B, Large Commercial Buildings such as IT Buildings, Green Buildings , Chemicals, Airports etc.
• Hot Insulation Contractor Universe – 15-20 nos
• Cold Insulation Contractor Universe – 15-20 nos
• HVAC Contractor Universe – 5-10 nos
• Contractor Visits – 1 visit per contractor min per month
• CEP Target per month – xxx Lakhs
• Sales Target per year – xxx Lakhs ( WPC – xxx lakhs, LC – xxx lakhs , ACDK – xxx lakhs)
• Sampling of WPC at Sites – xxx per month
• Competition Fighting
• Keep a track of competition activities in the assigned territory , capture and share the same with HCM/RM.
• Feedback on competition fighting strategy using market insights about the competition brand
• Implementation of identified initiatives for competition fighting for the respective territory.

Deliverables

• Capturing the Key Insights with substantiations in the OAAP.
• Offering effective actionable points to counter the competition.
• Market Feedback
• Responsible for providing timely & meaningful feedbacks on various initiatives
• Direct responsibility of accomplishing market research / insight projects as per the template provided by the HO within the stipulated timelines.
• Generation of templated database of users, influencers and projects in MEP Business.

Deliverables

• Capturing the Key Insights with substantiations in the OAAP.
• Maintaining, Updating and Sharing Database of users, influencers and projects on a monthly basis.
• Effective implementation of modules related to New Product (NP), Product Under Launch (PUL) & Young Product (YP)
• Ensuring pre-launch promotional activities or trade shows, working with Key decision makers to market products or services as per the guidelines in conjunction with HCM.
• Ensure execution of marketing plans for pilot projects as per the guidelines of HO
• Ensure implementation of launch / re-launch plans as per the guidelines provided by HO
• Provide inputs on ‘Post Launch Activities’ / marketing strategy to HCM.
• Co-ordinate with external promotion agency on implementation, progress & review on establishing marketing objectives for the product.

• Ensuring execution of Sampling plan as per the guidelines of HCM.
