Assistant Manager – HR & Administration (Plant)

📍 Location: Taloja

📊 Reporting To: Unit Head

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

🛡️ Compliance & Safety Champion

• Ensure all statutory filings and registers are up-to-date and audit-ready.
• Build strong relationships with government bodies like ESIC, PF, DISH, and Labor Officers.
• Partner with EHS to conduct safety drills and enhance emergency preparedness.

🏭 Operational Excellence

• Lead 5S and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) initiatives to foster a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Manage plant administration including transport, canteen, and travel logistics.
• Oversee housekeeping and ensure a clean, organized plant environment.
• Supervise Occupational Health Center (OHC) activities and coordinate health awareness programs.

👥 People First

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for non-field roles up to Grade 100.
• Champion employee engagement through Open Houses, events, and feedback sessions.
• Manage smooth employee exits and share insights with Corporate HR.
• Be the voice of employees—listen, act, and escalate concerns to leadership.

🤝 Who You’ll Work With

• Internal: Unit Head, HRBP, and cross-functional teams
• External: Government authorities (ESIC, PF, DISH, Labor Office, etc.)

🎓 What You Bring

• 4–6 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
• Proven track record in factory compliance and HRBP roles.
• Experience managing 100+ employees.
• Graduate degree (mandatory); MBA in HR (preferred)
