We are urgently hiring 10 Machine Operators with experience in any of the following machines:

Boring Machine Shaving Machine Radial Drilling Machine All Gear Lathe Machine Piling MachineMilling Machine

Requirements:

1–2 years of hands-on experience in any of the above machines

Willing to work 12-hour shifts

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Operate piling rigs/machines (hydraulic or diesel hammer) to drive steel, concrete, or timber piles into the ground for foundations.

Read and follow technical drawings, pile layouts, and site instructions before operation.

Conduct pre-start inspections of piling equipment to ensure safety and functionality.

Align and position piles accurately using rig controls, signals, or guidance from the site supervisor.

Monitor machine operations to ensure efficient driving depth and alignment.

Work closely with rig assistants, site engineers, and safety officers to coordinate piling tasks.

Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of the piling equipment.

Record daily work reports including depth, type of piles, and any issues encountered.

Follow strict safety guidelines, especially when working in confined or high-risk areas.

Adhere to site schedules and support overall construction progress.
