Our software automates this design step and even calculates the bill of materials with project cost estimates. We’re making instant construction planning a reality, a process that currently takes months. Founded by IIT Bombay alumni, top architects and MEP consultants, PillarPlus is funded by the best incubator from Silicon Valley, US – Y Combinator (AirBnB, DropBox, Razorpay, Meesho, Khatabook were also founded here).PillarPlus’s visionIt takes 6 months to plan a building. This includes architectural layouts, interior design plans, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing blueprints. • Our product manager was major consultant in the team that’s designing the Fifa Finals stadium for 2022 in Qatar

Role for Sales Manager:

• Should be able to do Cold Calling, Prospecting, generate leads and close Sales.

• Should be able to do Face to Face Meetings with Architects & MEP Consultants on a regular basis.

• Should be able to Push Pillar Plus MEP Services to Architects & MEP Consultants in designated territory.

• Should be able to meet Sales Target (Revenue Targets) on Monthly basis.

• Should be able to Provide Sales Reports, Leads Funnel, Daily Call Reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

• Should be able to travel extensively and must have its own Conveyance.

Required Skills:

• Must have worked with an Architectural/Building Material Company in Sales Role acquiring Consultancy Projects.

• Should be Target Oriented & proven Sales Track.

• Should have a good B2B /Corporate Level Network across Delhi/Gurugram/Bangalore.

• Should have good Networking with Big Architectural Firms across Delhi/Gurugram/Bangalore.

• Must have 5-6 years Sales Experience in Individual Contribution Role.

• Must have his own vehicle. Looking for candidates from sales profile in the following industries: 1. Building material (Paint Industries, Plywood Industries, Gypsum Boards, Tile Industries, etc.) 2. Architectural firms
