Over a period of time, successful candidate will oversee all the virtual assets of the firm, enforce the right set of controls, test new solutions and refine the systems as the firm grows.

Responsibilities

• Configure & maintain the network & systems on the cloud like Windows server, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 – including adding & removing users, creating email accounts, assigning roles

• Manage helpdesk – technical support for software and hardware issues that users encounter, create and change passwords

• Manage the cloud assets of the firm and setup security & controls around them.
• Monitor existing systems (performance & security), investigate and fix issues
• Manage antivirus software and proactively monitor malware
• Setup & maintain an inventory of hardware assets – laptops, phones
• Backup data and perform data recovery if needed
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Comp Science, Information security, Electronics or related areas
• Experience working on cloud solutions using Azure, GCP or AWS
• Proficient in Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft AD

• Experience Confident communication skills to understand user problems and describe solutions
• Good analytical skills to collect & process information and make decisions
• Fast learner to be able to adapt to new systems and softwares in quick time

Preferred

• Professional certifications such as MSCE, CompTIA A+ (Network+, Security+)
• Knowledge of IAM solutions, Network & Data security, Project management practices

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹150,000.00 per month
