The Accounts and Admin Assistant will be responsible for completion of assigned admin and accounts duties on time, which are including but not limited to Billing and invoicing to the clients, Collection of Account receivables, Account payable entries, Payment to the vendors, AR & AP reconciliation, Bank reconciliation, Payroll preparation, and preparation of different Accounting schedules e.g Gratuity, Accruals and Amortization, assisting for accounts analysis, Maintaining staff leave balances, Audit support, Monthly and Annual closings.

Essential Functions:

• Represent Pinkerton core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• The candidate must have at least 1 year experience in similar job.
• Responsible to administer the following:
• Invoicing – Preparation client invoices as per details received from operation team and posting relevant accounting entries in the system
• Collection – Recording collection entries in ERP.
• Debtors Follow up for o/s dues.
• Weekly MIS – Prepare weekly AR MIS
• AR Reconciliation – Debtor reconciliation / providing balance confirmation
• Vendor Invoices & Payments – Processing vendor invoices & making the payment
• Taxes Payment
• Month End Closing – Assisting in MEC – i.e., preparation of accruals, Variance analysis, Monthly PnL & Balance Sheets entries.
• Audit Support – Support in Audit i.e., preparation of AR related schedules.
• Assisting in Payroll preparation
• Maintaining the employee leave records.
• Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above services.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

• Graduate with one-two years of experience in Similar role.

Competencies:

• The candidate must have a minimum of one year of prior experience in a similar role
• The candidate must have good skills in MS Office (MS Excel & MS word) and MS Windows
• Must meet the country age requirements.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
• Must have a good knowledge of written and spoken English. (This is a MUST)
