Roles & Responsibility –
1. Accountable for achieving sales volumes and expanding the market share of
modified Vehicles.
2. Manage the dealer shop channel and implement effective seeding strategies.
3. Lead new product launches and enhance product awareness.
4. Conduct competition analysis to stay informed about the market landscape.
5. Identify target segments, create market opportunities, and drive sales volume by
targeting potential customers within the product segment.
6. Foster understanding and awareness of the new product in both the channel and
the market.
7. Conduct thorough research on specific areas and customer segments to compile a
comprehensive database and management information system (MIS) of customers.
8. Monitor prospective company tenders/contracts to generate leads.
9. Identify decision-making authorities within prospective customers and deliver
customized presentations to secure deals.
10. Cultivate relationships with fleet owners (bulk/corporate customers) and financiers,
arranging plant visits and meetings to strengthen connections.
11. Gather testimonials and references from satisfied customers.
12. Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance engagement levels among existing
customers.
13. Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
14. Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer requirements.
Required Candidate Profile –
1. BE Mechanical + MBA with 8+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Company
2. Preference to have experience in Automobile/Auto Ancillary Manufacturing Company
3. Must have Computer Proficiency – Microsoft Office, Outlook
4. Effective Verbal and Written communication skills

Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,300,000.00 per year
