Job Description
· Maintain financial records for client companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
· Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
· Creating and updating expense reports
· Processing reimbursement forms
· Reconcile bank statements by comparing transactions to the general ledger.
· Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including filing, report generation, budget review, etc.
· Process weekly payroll accurately and timely.
· Maintain digital and physical financial records
· Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.
· Prepare bank deposits.
· Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
· Preparing financial reports.
· Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
· Participate in quarterly and annual audits
· Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
· Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Education & Skills
· Commerce Graduate
· Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
· Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software (Tally, Busy), strong typing skills.
· Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
· Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
· Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
· Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
· Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
· Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
· Organization skills
· Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
