· Calling, researching clients, regular follow-up with existing customers
· Develop new customers by finding new ways to reach them, ask for referrals, give satisfying answers to customers, create trust, and lead by values of the company.
· Find leads online through research and call them with maintaining their database for effective following up
· Engage in customer relationship management to carry out surveys
· Coordinating with internal teams and the customer to ensure successful project closure
· Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth.
· Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
· Preparing & sharing the reports on time
· Maintain the client data base
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
