Platinum Jubilee High School Hiring for Admin Assistant at Warangal Full Time

Platinum Jubilee High School Warangal needs an Admin Assistant to take care of admissions process, fees entry, communication with parents and prepare MIS & Reports through various software and MS-Excel. Work responsibilities will be as under:

Process & interactions

Taking new admission enquires, selling of forms and updating in control sheet, arranging level test, issuing incidental challans, calling and sending SMS to parents.

Make students entry in SIS. Carrying out student referral process effectively, updating admission status monthly in communication sheet.

Do follow-up for fees by phone calls, sending text messages and letters and update status in database.

Maintain stock of Stationaries, Tie, Belt, Badges, Challans, Diary, Progress Cards, Admission Kits etc. and update in Excel stock register monthly and issuing stationary according to requisitions.

Verifying Long Absenteeism (LA) from every section and completing formalities by filling LA form, calling students/ parents and sending letters. Transferring LA students to withheld in SIS database.

Maintaining petty expenses, collecting supporting bills and updating petty cash register, counting cash & preparing bank deposit voucher.

Documentation

• Verifying challans with bank statements, updating challans in SIS software
• Writing Inward & outward registers
• Petty collection register, Petty expenses register
• Updating other Income sheet on daily basis
• Collecting Registration and Admission forms and hand over to Admin Executive with documents
• Issuing & Maintaining Student referral forms
• Maintaining MIS and Monthly reconciliation statement
• Collecting TC & Bonafide applications and fees from parents, verify outstanding balances (if any), ensure preparation of the certificate and handing over the same to parents

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Commerce or equivalent.

Experience:

Substantive knowledge and relevant experience in maintenance of MIS and prepare reports.

Good exposure in preparing and maintaining documentation with speed and accuracy.

Hands on experience to work with MS-Excel effectively.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Excellent analytical skills.
