The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for storytelling and a keen interest in the latest social media trends.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation:

• Assist in the development and creation of engaging content for various platforms including blog posts, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and generate fresh and creative content ideas.
• Conduct research to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the company’s brand and objectives.

Social Media Management:

• Help manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments and messages, and interact with followers in a professional and engaging manner.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and content using analytics tools.
• Prepare reports on key metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content and social media strategies based on data analysis.

Community Engagement:

• Assist in building and nurturing the online community by engaging with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Participate in online conversations and discussions relevant to the company’s industry and interests.

Qualifications:

• Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with social media management tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new and engaging content ideas.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
