PM Group Hiring for Accounts Payable Executive at Bangalore Full Time

We are currently recruiting for Accounts Payable Executive at our Bangalore office.

Our clients are multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies

:

• Manage Accounts Payable for the Company : include but not limit to
• AP Invoices – Reviewing the AP invoices to ensure 3-way matching of documents, obtain approvals from respective departments.
• Coding and Data entry of AP invoices into Accounting system (ERP)
• Save AP invoices with Supporting documents
• Prepare weekly payments
• Prepare payment vouchers and update bank file on all payments
• Maintain a monthly AP tracker
• Prepare quarterly SOA reconciliation
• Keep track and monitor PO utilization %
• Respond to supplier enquires on invoices, payments, SOA

:

• Graduate education or equivalent combination of training and years of experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounts payable or related experience including resolving complex issues
• Pro-active, well organized with good problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage day to day activities
• Flexibility and a willingness to undertake additional tasks, as required
• Strong technological skills e.g. Windows, Outlook, MS office including having good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Time Management Skills in a high volume environment
