Pocket FM is a leading audio streaming platform where users can listen to audio content across formats like audio series, audiobooks and podcasts. We are pioneering audio entertainment globally with a vision to build the largest audio OTT platform. With over 100k+ hours of content and 200k+ creators, we have one of the largest repositories of audio content.

Our mission is to give voice to stories from all around the world. Pocket FM has grown to 15 million MAL (monthly active listeners), spending an average of over 100 minutes every day. • Work very closely with the Head of International Growth to find new levers of inorganic growth
• Ideate, test and scale new affiliate channels.
• Drive marketing decisions through quantitative results and AB testing, and qualitative research and customer insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams like creative, product, tech and more, to drive growth.
• New areas of growth, such as inorganic acquisition, YouTube partnerships, exploring new markets through content marketing.
• Ensure that we are not missing any opportunities of growth via partnerships and new experiments.
• Lead user acquisition for one of the biggest genres on the Pocket FM platform
• Leading a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing and partnerships.
• Creating and implementing the growth plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term scaling and team expansion, as well as quick wins to achieve targets 5+ Years of relevant work experience
• A desire to understand consumer behavior and mindset
• Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Curious about metrics, execution processes and keeping an eye out for details
• Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions
• Experimentation mindset
• Passion for technology products built for scale
