others.

The operation associate role entails complete ownership over the Meta/YouTube ads management process of Pocket FM. The individual will get a chance to work with both the front and back-end teams [India & US], and get an end-to-end understanding of the ad creation & testing process of the firm, along with receiving hands-on experience handling the Facebook/Instagram and Google ads dashboards.

Key Research Areas

• Publishing promos and ensuring ad hygiene & performance KPIs across multiple ad platforms & geographies
• End to end ownership of the published ads both via internal and external stakeholder management (In house promo producers & POCs from Facebook/Google/TikTok/Spotify)
• Liaising with multiple internal teams for data management to ensure that the right content is targeted to the right audience
• Competitive benchmarking and analysis of the industry

Skill set Required

• Preferred Talent Pool – 2021 / 2022 undergraduates (Freshers / 1 year experience) with an interest in the media / OTT space

• Basic understanding of how online ads work
• MS Excel / Google Sheets / Google Doc basics
• Prior knowledge of Meta dashboard / Google Ads dashboard would be an advantage

Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
