The Major Account Manager is the person in charge of managing a company’s relationships with its customers. Major account manager will be in charge of building long-term relationships with set of assigned customers

Your day to day

• Generate sales in the assigned named accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
• Be a single point of contact for customers.
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
• Forecasts and achieve / overachieve the sales annual operating plan.
• Working with Poly partners and Ecosystem partners (Microsoft / Zoom) to build large opportunities.

What you bring to the Team

• Excellent communication skills written and oral.
• Understanding Collaboration industry.
• Knowledge on Hybrid working solutions.
• Working closely with presales team to build right solution for the customer needs.
• SFDC discipline is a must.
