Company URL: Key Responsibilities: Reach out to the customers/ drivers assigned on a daily basis (At least 70 calls/day) Understand the concerns raised by the customer/drivers Logically analyze the issues highlighted and cross verify. Maintain the quality of conversation as per internal standards Build short term relationships with prospects to improve chances of conversion Highlight any trends and concerns to senior management Expectation from the candidate: Past experience in TeleSales profile Good Communication Logical Thinking Telesales/outbound calls experience Basic computer skills (MS Office) Have their Own Laptop & Strong WiFi connect
