Roles and Responsibilities:

Taking escalation calls that were unresolved by the Inbound, agent & providing solutions.

Replying to customer’s queries/complaints on all social media.

Resolves customer query / Complaints / problems and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problem
Required Skills:
-
Excellent in English Communication & Writing.

Minimum 1 Year customer service (Chat Process.)

Has Great written Communication skills (Grammatically correct).

Multitasks Effectively (Writing, thinking , search- same time).

Proactively asking relevant questions.

Understand callers concerns quickly.

Understand trigger statements (complex).
-
Should have experence in chat process or maill in previous firm.
