Your New Role
As the Green and Clean Supervisor you be supporting and helping lead a team which deals with high volume of cleaning and gardening demands. You will record the demands and requests onto the Green & Clean database by a team of resource controllers. You will have the responsibility to allocate particular jobs to multiple resources whilst also prioritising tasks and making informed decisions which will include managing annual leave, maintaining and ordering stock and equipment and other various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of your team. As the Green & Clean Supervisor you will provide opportunities of training and support to your team to ensure the purpose of the service is met. You will be the first point of contact for an entire team of lone workers and will need to be able to respond in a timely, appropriate and supportive manner. You will need to be able to resolve problems that are beyond the remit or capacity of the team. On occasions you may be required to carry out cleaning and gardening tasks. Due to the varying nature of the workload and demand which hits the service you may also be required to work outside the normal core hours – this flexibility is paramount.

To be able to communicate effectively and be a good listener.
To be flexible and able to adapt to changing work situations.
To be an honest person with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
To have good IT skills, including use of databases and Microsoft Office suite.
