Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
Ensure proper escalation procedures are followed.
Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 in a domain environment (group memberships, shared drives access, etc.), Microsoft Office 365 and McAfee client/server application.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows 10 operating system and MS Office 365.
Knowledge of desktop, printers, peripheral devices (i.e. Android, iOS), client and connectivity technologies.
Basic knowledge in VMWare, Active Directory, backups and network monitoring.
