Project Lead

The incumbent is to plan, execute and monitor the Projects across all Programs at Prayoga and keep the management team informed about any risks and issues that might impact the Project and the institution.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning, monitoring, reporting of the Project including activities, resources, timelines and budget
• Establish a Project schedule and monitoring/ reporting each phase of the Project
• Record and maintain the changes from first approved version of the plan to track changes and its impact to Project & Prayoga
• Supervise implementation and ensure meeting stated goals, outcomes, and reporting requirements.
• Establish and manage a monitoring and evaluation system to track progress towards meeting deliverables, resource utilization, budget and timelines.
• Prepare and submit timely reports to leadership team, identify risks & escalate any issues/ risks pending disposition related to activities, resources, timelines and budget, maintain/ archive all related project records with controlled access
• Schedule weekly meetings & report the status and notify leadership team for appropriate actions

Qualification

• The candidate should hold a Bachelors or Master’s degree
• Strong Project Management expertise

Minimum Requirements

• Atleast a degree with five (5) years of strong Project Management experience, managing and coordinating programs
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
• Ability to plan and manage complex, time and budget sensitive projects
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage diverse teams to undertake discrete tasks within agreed timelines and budget
• Excellent speaking/ writing/ reading communications skills in English & Kannada
• Experience with use of Project Management tools

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹75,000.00 per month
