Job Description

As Sr. Software Engineer 1, you will be part of the team that designs and develops on-premise and cloud-based offerings targeting the enterprise level and SMB customer base. You will be deeply involved in leading the Design, development, unit testing and collaborating across the organization with architects, UX experts, product managers and other software developers for developing solutions. You are expected to be hands on and up to date with the latest technology.

Responsibilities You Will:

Work as Java developer involved in design and development of Java based SaaS and on-premise products/solutions
Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meets the needs of our customers
Define architecture with end to end technical ownership of the product features.
Code reviews
Interaction with other functional areas like Product Management/Support/Services to understand the requirements/issues and translate them into technical specification/solutions.
Evaluate and incorporate new technologies into new and existing frameworks and solutions as applicable
Collaborate and mentor members of the team and other coworkers
Be agile and embrace change

Qualifications You Have:

UG B.Tech/B.E. OR PG M.S. / M.Tech /MCA
At least 4 years of experience in designing and developing products
Good understanding of design patterns, data structures & architectural patterns and hands on experience to apply them in day to day design
Hands on experience in Java, JPA, Spring, Spring-boot, Reactive programming
Experience in Java based distributed & scalable application development.
Experience with Spring framework and advanced Java.
Exposure to infrastructure-based skills like dockers, Kubernetes and AWS services.
A good understanding of microservice concepts.
Experience with tools like Git and Jira.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse and distributed product teams in an agile environment

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in UI based technologies i.e. CSS, HTML, Angular framework or any open source user interface technologies
Data Quality domain knowledge
Familiarity with Big data processing systems like Spark, Databricks and snowflake
Kubernetes deployment.
Expertise in cloud native architectures
Machine learning technologies
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: IT-Hardware/Networking, Telecom
