Machine Shop Supervisor

Precision Machinekraft (P) Ltd. is a Bangalore based manufacturer of Spindles, Rotary Tables, Precision Bearings, Machine Tools and Machined Components.

For our Machine Shop located in Abbigere Industrial Area, with CNC and conventional machines, we need a machine shop supervisor with about 10 to 15 years of experience in managing all the functions of a Machine Shop / Tool Room.

Responsibilities:

1. Overall responsibility in managing a machine shop with CNC and conventional machine tools.

2. Team leader and be able to train the operators.

3. CNC programming.

4. Overall planning and manufacturing activities for each machine for the different product lines.

5. Overall responsibility for the quality of the output.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

1. DME or ITI with 10 to 15 years of machine shop experience

2. Age between 35 to 45 years

3. Should be able to read and understand engineering drawings

4. Should be conversant with various machining processes

5. Should know written and spoken English and Kannada

6. Basic computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
