We are looking for a profile which might includes the following,
1+ years of experience in Tele-calling(real estate)
Should be Capable of communicate and explain about our projects with clients
Should have the knowledge to handle and answer the clients objections
Should have the sales closing skill
Determining clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices is an added advantage
Capable of converting leads into prospects
Job Role,
Company will source and provide you the leads
Finding the right customers by having conversation over phone
Have to fix appointment with customers
Arrange for the site visit (Company will provide the cab whenever needed)-Following with seniors
Sales Closing- Following with seniors
Note: Senior Manager will take care of your client , after the appointment
