Manager”. Primary focus areas will be (1) Retail Packaging Design from concept to conceptualization (2) digital media (web design, content optimization & digital graphics) including branding management (3) SMO: Social Media Optimization. Candidate needs to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong ability to multi-task and be goal oriented in their work approach. Need to lead team of brand content & design division and collaborate with different departments within organization to get work done. Candidate needs to be able to work with the overseas team remotely during the evening shift IST time zone

Compensation:

Salary: Rs. 60, 000 – Rs. 70,000 per month (Base Pay, TDS will be deducted) + Performance Pay (Up to
30% of base pay) & Financial Incentives (Medical, ULIP additional – with 2-year renewable employment contract)
Subject to educational qualification, past work experience, and skill set. Raise on a merit basis only.

Timings & Location:

General Shift: 9 am – 6 pm (IST: Monday – Saturday with one 60 min break)
Morning Shift: 7 am – 4 pm (IST: Monday – Saturday with one 60 min break)
Evening Shift: 3 pm – 12 am (IST: Monday – Saturday with one 60 min break
Flexible Shifts: –
Morning Flexi Shift: 9 am – 1 pm and 6 pm – 11 pm (IST Monday – Saturday with 30 mins break)

Workdays: Monday – Saturdays (Alternate Saturdays are non-working)

SENIOR SECONDARY AND COLLEGE DEGREE WITH MARKSHEET
MINIMUM 1 LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

– To create product packaging designs for sale in retail markets as well as on online marketplaces like
Amazon.
-To manage/optimize product web designs and do catalogue production as required for digital media.
-To design ads used in print as well as digital circulation using digital tools/resources.
-To use raw photos to create enhanced brand listings on e-comm channels and optimize photos to fit.
-To create original product videos, posts, reels on social media platforms.
– To project manage branding department while reporting directly to senior management team.
– To closely work with marketing manager, digital content team and devise most appropriate strategy for brand expansion.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications (MANDATORY):

– Masters or Bachelor – Graphic Designing or relevant field.
– Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience for requirements.
– Minimum 3 years of previous managerial experience.
– Global exposure and grasp of latest marker trends in F&B industry.
– Ability to work remotely in Professional manner.
– Tech Savvy and Strong Communicator remotely.
– Accomplishing Objectives & Deliverables.
– Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
– Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
– Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
– Research best practices within the organization to establish benchmark data and use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results
– Organized, detail-oriented, sincere, self-motivated, and quick learner.
