Job Profile:

Qualification: BE/Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgy/production
Location: Chakan, Pune
Experience: 10 to 25 Years from CI/SGI castings production / Foundry
Notice Period: Serving notice / max one month

Job Requirement:
Should be responsible for incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection in the foundry industry.
Required to be aware of all Green sand foundry process
he should be aware of all core tools, 7QC tools, and relevant QA activity
He should be aware of IATF/ISO QMS system and accordingly relevant audit training.
He should be aware of product/process and system audits.
He should be aware of all types of customer audits and APQP and PPAP activity.
having good leadership.
Good data analytical skills.
having experience in handling customer complaints, customer satisfaction
Having the skill of analysis and action on total rejection.
Having the skill to drive improvement projects.
Having knowledge of supplier development and improving supplier systems.
Having knowledge of machining casting quality.
Computer Literacy: Working experience in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
