Designation – Consultant/ Sr. Consultant 

Domain – Policy Formulation & Implementation, Investment Promotion 

Location – Chandigarh 

Job Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of the role are: 

• Support in cohesive formulation, implementation, and end-to-end management of State Government Sectoral Policies. 
• Providing supervisory, monitoring, and reform management support for different sectoral policies. 
• Conduct research on potential investment opportunities and provide guidance on investment promotion activities. 
• Identify and analyze market trends, relevant regulations, policies, and trade agreements to identify potential impacts and opportunities for investment.  
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop investment promotion and export strategies. 
• Develop marketing collaterals like brochures, newsletters, etc.   
• Undertake extensive research work, write reports, etc.  
• Design roadmap and plan for department policies enrichment, launch of initiatives, and media activities. 
• Creation of a repository of Government Schemes, Incentives, Clearances, Sector-Specific Research Reports, Case Studies, Best Practices, etc.

Key skills required:

• 3+ years of experience as a consultant  
• Experience of working in government advisory (preferred)  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment 
• Proven project management skills  
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Educational Qualification:

Masters in any discipline (MBA/ MSW/ MPP/ MCA etc.) 

Experience (in years): 3+
