We Are Looking For

We are looking for an Investment and Acquisition, Analyst to grow our team. The successful candidate will be based in the Mumbai and will be exposed to many exciting regional investment projects in the growing Data Center sector while PDG further expands our portfolio!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and secondary research
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess investment opportunities (acquisition, carve-out or development) in India
• Prepare financial models and present formal investment recommendations
• Conduct due diligence (including financial, commercial and operational), including managing relevant consultants
• Assist in legal documentation and deal execution
• Conduct post-investment execution (as applicable), monitoring and reporting
• Work with India various departments on value creation initiatives
• Support management in business project analysis

Qualities You Should Have

• Chartered Accountant or MBA
• 2 to 5 years of relevant investment analyst experience in related Corporate Finance/ Private Equity/ Real Estate/ Advisory/ Infrastructure/ Big 4 firm
• Prior experience in real estate or infrastructure is a must
• Fundamental understanding of economics, markets, financial statements, accounting, and valuation concepts
• Experience in financial modelling writing and good in numbers
• Ability to work independently, particularly when working remotely
• Uncompromising attention to detail and execution of instructions
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent analytical, research and organisational skills
