The Principal is responsible for overseeing the overall administration, academic development, and strategic planning of the college, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and maintaining high standards of education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership to faculty, staff, and students.
• Ensure academic excellence and maintain quality standards in education.
• Develop and implement institutional policies, procedures, and programs.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, training, and professional development.
• Maintain compliance with government regulations and accreditation standards.
• Foster relationships with healthcare institutions for student internships and placements.
• Manage budgets, resources, and infrastructure development.
• Represent the college in external forums and liaise with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing/Paramedical Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of teaching/administrative experience in a recognized nursing or paramedical institution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

2. Vice Principal

Job Description:
The Vice Principal assists the Principal in the smooth functioning of the college and takes charge in the absence of the Principal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Principal in academic and administrative tasks.
• Monitor faculty performance and student discipline.
• Assist in curriculum development and implementation.
• Coordinate faculty meetings, training programs, and student activities.
• Supervise examinations, student evaluations, and academic records.
• Ensure smooth functioning of clinical and laboratory training.
• Handle grievances of students and faculty.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Nursing/Paramedical Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching/administrative experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
