Sr Analyst – Content Management

Indicative years of total experience: 4 to 6 years

Indicative years of experience: 5+ years Role Description:

Technical expert with the ability to successfully drive the execution independently and provide solutions or alternatives.

Reporting relationship: This role will report to Delivery Manager/Senior Delivery Manager

Required Qualifications

Must have 5+ years of experience in, UNIX/Linux System administration skill including shell scripting. 5+ years’ experience with databases and well verse in writing and understanding DB queries. Good understanding of working with application API’s and researching log files.

Must have:

• Experience working with and supporting Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms, IBM Content Manager & IBM OnDemand, or similar ECM platforms (i.e. FileNet, etc.) including experience delivering complex enterprise-wide information technology solutions.

• Experience working with end user interface (UI) solutions such as IBM Content Navigator.

• Experience working with application developers researching ECM API stack traces to identify and aid in researching and correcting application failures.

• Technical depth & experience in troubleshooting environments across the entire architecture (i.e. applications to infrastructure)

• Should have experience in applying installs and upgrades for ECM platforms.

• Should be proficient in designing, developing, and supporting application solutions using IBM Content Management.

• IBM Content Management addresses steps for developing a content strategy for an application with content assets that need to be managed and organized: identifying and promoting content and asset management to manage the infrastructure to store, access, and manage a full spectrum of digital information.

Good to have-

• Application development background with Java, C and C #.

• Mainframe background with JCL and PROCs.

• ECM certifications

Education: Graduate Bachelor’s degree (any stream)

Other:

• Abilities like problem solving, analytical, time management & decision making, self-motivated

• Strong technical skills & knowledge of SDLC.
