Operations

• Set targets for all other call center agents to meet up with

• Schedule and organize shift patterns for other team members to ensure that sufficient manpower during the work schedules to meet the call flow

• Understand all organization’s products, services, procedures and guidelines and communicate same to all team members

• Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to

• Keep up with trends and happenings in the industry and ensuring adherence to industry standards

• Ensure that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt response and solutions to their challenges at all times

• Ensure a safe and harmonious working environment for all other team members and delegate duties to all team members.

• Ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved.

• Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies

• Deliver the allocated part of the operation within agreed quality and SLA’s

• Escalate any appropriate problems to senior management

• Scheduling meetings to discuss issues or concerns with customers or other departments within the company

• Reviewing incoming calls to determine the quality of calls answered

Team Management

• Facilitate and organize training session for all agents and participate in recruitment of new call center agents

• Conduct regular review of all call center agents performance and organize training sessions for under performers

Managing employee performance, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
