Customer Relationship manager in Mumbai.

Job description:

Ensuring all customer requirements are fulfilled and the customer is satisfied.

Coordinate with customers for sales order and inform the same to respective team for punching the sales order in the system

Proactive participation in informing customers on schemes and obtaining new orders

Managing receivables and follow up for collection with customers

Escalation to management in case of overdue receivables

Regular reporting of receivables based on ageing to management and other teams

Addressing any customer related complaints w.r.t. orders,dispatches and collection

Information and coordination with accounts team to knock off receipts against outstanding sales invoices

Qualification – Mcom/MBA

Relevant Experience – Minimum 3 years of experience in managing customer requirements related to sales and managing receivables. Specialisation in manufacturing sector is preferred

Soft Skills – customer interaction skills, proactiveness and outcome oriented approach

CTC: 6 to 7 lacs depending upon the experience

Note: No bond for this position.

Salary: ₹35,895.23 – ₹45,081.43 per month
