CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Delhi
Responsibilities:
– Interact with customers via Calls and resolve their queries -Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
– Responding promptly to customer inquiries. -Communicating with customers through various channels.
– Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
– Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
– Follow company process accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
– Proven Work Experience of 1 year in Customer Support.
– Education Qualification – Any graduate.
– Excellent communication skills and English and Tamil is must.
– Proactive and self-sufficient individual who is action-oriented, solutions focused.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 15,000.00 – 20,000.00 per month
