• Maintain Ledger Book of all the clients.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Maintain documents and good follow up mechanism which is related to import.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements. .
• Responsible to ensure that company does not getting into any liability of paying penalty.
• Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
• Provide internal auditing services for businesses and individuals.
• Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Maintain and update the stock statements with banks.
• Maintain Petty Cash Book.
• Maintaining payroll in co-ordination with HR dept.
• Every Quarter accountant need to assist admin staff for stock tally.
• Responsible for collecting and depositing cheque of the company.
• Maintain documents related to all the drugs.
• Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
• Develop periodic reports for management.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Submit daily report to the CEO/MD.

• Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and,loss statement, and other necessary reports

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
