Overview Of The Job

Admin and Operations Specialist – iMumbai role leads coordination and collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure superior execution of shopper studies, leads the set up and execution of all simulated environments within the centre, and is the administrative and facility management guide for the facility.

Your team

This role reports to Director- iMumbai & AMA Innovation Projects and is based out of iMumbai Innovation centre.

Responsibilities Of The Role

Lead Coordination and Collaboration with multi-function teams to ensure superior on execution

• Lead end to end orchestration of all research activities at the iMumbai Research Centre
• Liaison with internal teams and external vendors to implement confidential research pertaining to new products, packaging, claims etc.
• Own simulated store and research equipment set up for all planned researches at the centre; and lead upkeep of the research equipment and the simulated stores
• Maintain updated repository of research insights and pedagogy
• Maintain research records for all researches conducted at the centre, including product samples of new and existing products, study closure reports, and other confidential materials from the study
• Lead activities to drive innovation within the organisation by utilising site capabilities through crafting, planning and driving innovation events

Data analysis

• Insight Generation from research reports related to channel, shopper, retailer etc
• Identifying top findings from the research studies for reapplication across AMA
• Consult with internal teams on previous research studies conducted for the category/product/packaging/claims etc.

Site management

• Engagement with organizations like shop & establishment act licensing authority, BMC, MIDC, MSEB for maintaining site operations in a compliant manner.
• Plan and coordinate all installations, refurbishments, need for repairs or renovations, utilities etc. and minimise cost
• Handle all service contracts and give direction on the daily operations of the site

Administrative Expertise

• Calendar management for all site areas/research areas
• Lead operations support for events like leadership visit, other employee visits, innovation events at the iMumbai site

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements

• Graduate (preferably in management)
• Prior experience of 5+ years in collating and analyzing data. Expertise on MS Excel and Power-point is a must. Prior experience of liasoning with research agencies is an advantage
• Fair knowledge on using tools like MS Excel, Power BI, that will enable insight generation
• Fair knowledge IT hardware
• Prior experience of working in FMCG companies is helpful
