Job Responsibility

• HR Support: Assist in implementing HR strategic Action plan with company goals, helping to ensure HR practices support the organization’s success.
• Employee Value Equation : Support in handling employee moments of truths, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring adherence to P&G policies and principles.
• Talent Onboarding: Play a key role in welcoming and onboarding new employees, helping them acclimate to the P&G culture and processes.
• Talent Assistance: Assist talent practice team with interview slots from leaders and on time completion of business facing tasks of recruitment team. Help in training new employees, contributing to efforts to develop talented individuals in P&G universe.
• Data Analysis: Learn to use HR data to spot trends and contribute to HR process improvements and employee satisfaction efforts.

Job Qualifications

• Any graduation or MBA in HR
• Experience range 3-5 years in recruitment and sourcing
