Role and Responsibilities:
Manages relationships with LHH and Right Management. Designs, develops, and deploys Harassment Prevention and Non-discrimination Policy. Develops and renews training assets. Represents ER/LR for HR Careers & Capability as well as ER/LR Life&Career content. Manages Global ER budget and completes CSAs for ER. Actively involved in ER Community Building Team. Provides Tier 1 GSS support.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, especially with unions

Bachelor/ Master in HR preferred
