Full Job Description
Overview:
Remote services to upgrade of existing RDDM field devices to current software and preparation for Azure migration
Intrado to train Prodapt System Administrators and Network Administrators on proprietary software tools including
Software
Upgrade process
Testing and validation process
Remote site connectivity
Project tracking tools
Intrado Project Manager scheduling and point of contact for customers
Monthly check-point meetings between Intrado and Prodapt to determine run-rate and refine engagement process as necessary
Upon state-wide completion of RDDM upgrades, Intrado Engineering will be lead in migrating the entire state from DT to Azure
Prodapt team may need to be engaged after each state-wide migration to troubleshoot RDDM issues – should the need arise

Responsibilities:
Technical lead for engagement with more complex network infrastructure, where System Administrator cannot directly connect or work through customer connectivity challenges
No internet connectivity, router provisioning, firewall equipment, etc
Longer term engagements as System Administrator escalation point
Learn Intrado proprietary software installation and testing processes
Install and test as directed / scheduled by Intrado PjM
Report successful and unsuccessful installation and migration activity
Properly document provisioning details as trained
Update RDDM device DNS provisioning
