PRODO is hiring for PACKAGING role: Essential function and responsibilities: – Must have knowledge on all primary secondary and tertiary packaging material – Knowledge on 2D and 3D drawings of the components – Basic knowledge on printing, molds for plastics, glass, etc. – Packaging component specifications and testing. – Ability to work on improvising packaging and cost reduction projects. – Good team working skills and ability to work independently. Knowledge/Skills: – A logical, structured, scientific approach combined with good record keeping. – Strong cultural awareness based on past exposure and experience – Must have demonstrably strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), to include speaking clearly in positive or negative situations – Ability to effectively interact with all levels of personnel with the utmost professionalism – Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a must Language, Computer & Numeracy: – Fluent in written and spoken English required – Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – Excellent presentation skills – Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 3+ years of experience required from the Packaging industry who have the experience to design /commercialize Tape, Paper, Carton, Mono Carton, Corrugated Box, Corrugated Rolls, Polythene Bags, Air Bubble Films, Stretch Films, Plastic Packaging Etc. Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per month
