Product Delivery Manager Experience: 2-3 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 10 Days

Location: Gurugram, 5 Days Working

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM

We are looking for a person who has experience in handling both Domestic as well as International Clients and has worked on Multiple Projects before and having experience in Team Handling will be an advantage. One should have experience in Saas based company and has handled various products will be prefer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product delivery processes, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
• Facilitate client on-boarding, guiding them through the process and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, serving as a primary point of contact.
• Conduct client meetings confidently, addressing requirements and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the product to effectively train clients and address inquiries.
• Actively engage in resolving client escalations and queries promptly and efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients, fostering positive relationships and addressing needs.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal and external teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Oversee integrations raised with food delivery aggregators and/or payment gateways, ensuring seamless execution and issue resolution.

• Qualifications:2-3 years of experience in product delivery or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in the restaurant or food industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
