Support Engineer

Platform.

RDEP helps retailers to engage, interact and transact with their customers during the shopping journey at the store or on the ecommerce portal through a SaaS platform.

Main Task and responsibilities:

• Reach out to existing customers to gather feedback and understand their concerns.
• Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions as per agreed standards
• Maintain good rapport and relations with customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills – written and oral
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to understand new products and technologies
• Basic knowledge of AWS platform
• Basic knowledge of Java and SQL
• Basic knowledge of ticketing platforms (preferred)
• MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to think quickly and respond on one’s feet
• Ability to handle customer pressure
• Fluent knowledge of English language – for international customers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
