Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance Review and screen resumes to identify potential candidates Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and skills Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs Identify and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent Coordinate and conduct job fairs and other recruiting events Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 1+ year(s) experience in staffing and recruiting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively with others on a team Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software Ability to meet goals and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
