We are looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to join our team to support an exciting new client in the digital and Telecom space for the United Arab Emirates market. This position will have ultimate responsibility for day-to-day account management running various campaigns simultaneously. This position is a non-managerial role. Our ideal candidate is a collaborative skilled and experienced digital campaign manager with a deep understanding of omni-channel marketing and knowledge of SEM email social media and display advertising campaigns. While not specifically a CRO specialist candidates should be able to Measure performance of all digital marketing campaigns against objectives.

Work Experience

Total experience of 8+ years with relevant exp in Primary Skills for 8 yrs.

The key job responsibilities include the following:

• Manage push notifications for app via marketing automation tool.

• Measures performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Monitors performance of all web SEO/SEM database marketing email social media and display advertising campaigns

• Identify trends and insights and optimizes performance based on the insights.

• Use analytics to provide recommendations for improvements across CRO CX and overall digital business performance (working with the CRO specialist and the performance and optimization experts)

• Collaborate with content team to develop marketing campaign strategy messaging and assets for all digital channels.

• Execute and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• ROAS optimization

The key skills required.

• APPICE or other push notifications tools like One Signal Google Firebase or Airship

• Experience working with marketing automation tools like Marketo Salesforce Marketing Cloud HubSpot

• Native level of Arabic and professional level of English (excellent English writing editing and proofreading skills)

• Strong research skills and natural curiosity – may be asked to train-up on specific client technologies (e.g., MS Power Platform Adobe Pro Video a satellite TV receiver etc.)

• Creative and collaborative engagement style

• Excellent communication skills and time management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office tools

• High-level understanding of Google Ads paid social and programmatic advertising.

• Previous experience with email campaign strategy

• Ability to create content directly in PowerPoint slide templates and make content fit elegantly into established slide designs.
